getting my bollywood fix

started yesterday, i could not stop watching bollywood films. thank you, veoh, for satiating my need ^^ here's a list of what i've watched and what i'm going to watch:
  • kuch kuch hota hai (part 1, part 2)
one of my favorite movies. SRK is the male lead. Kajol and Rani Mukerji are the female leads. the little girl gets a little annoying at times, but still, never fails to make me tear...
  • dostana (part 1, part 2)
john abraham is mainly the reason i watched this one (see post below and you'll understand). it's a cute (and progressive) film.
  • paheli (full)
this is the second time i've seen this one, also stars SRK. love the ghost factor...
  • baabul (full)
amazing cast (rani, salman khan, john abraham, big b, etc). this one really made me cry...
  • kuch naa kaho (full)
is soooooo cute. aishwarya rai and abhishek bachchan star in this. they're actually married in real life too, but this movie came before that. for the most part, i liked the story, tho she got on my nerves towards the end when she became wishy-washy.
  • na tum jaano...na hum (full)
has got to be the most romantic idealistic film ever. two people fall in love through letters and have never seen each other and dont even know each other's names or professions. and of course, they cross paths but a third person gets between them. (not a surprising bollywood storyline).
  • jab we met (1, 2, 3, 4, 5)
two of the most beautiful mains i have ever seen. shahid kapoor is soo cute when he smiles. and i love kareena kapoor's character.
  • sholay (1, 2)
if i can find kal ho na ho, that's on the list too.... i need subtitles =(

EDIT: recommended by danielle to add sholay and bunti aur babli to the list...
EDIT2: more... veer zaara and chak de india

Note: i'm not allowed to watch laagan and devdas (yet), lol.

  1. Hey, you can't suddenly start watching Bollywood on a regular basis around me without me giving orders--um, I mean, suggestions.
