however, i did get to spend time with my family. my parents baked a turkey in the wee hours of thursday. both of them had to work, but they made us a turkey for when we got up for lunch. my sister came back from swarthmore. i carved half the turkey for breakfast/lunch and simon brought over some cheesecake that he bought in queens. it was really really good cheesecake... we played some rounds of mahjong before heading over to my cousin's for more food and mahjong.
spent black friday at home, playing wow. allan did most of my shopping for me, out in cali. thank you~~ i ordered some dvds on amazon and a netbook from dell. it's a mini 10v with windows 7 starter.
and today, being saturday, i got almost nothing done! went to fine fare for some junk food shopping. then i started my take-home exam for my cataloging class. it's actually harder than it looks.
tomorrow, i'll be on campus, probably to finish this exam and hopefully finish my analysis hw with rae and john. allan's coming back on monday... at some point, i should work on linear algebra hw... ok, a to-do list:
- (sat, sun, mon) lis512 take-home exam (due 12/1)
- (sun, mon, wed) analysis hw (due 12/2)
- (tues) module reading (due 12/2)

good post as usual. a few paragraphs were fairly dry, but overall some good points were covered. its weird being home, i think i've been here long enough now that its strange not waking up in my apartment and seeing you guys everyday. i kinda miss you all. especially tomorrow when you're all gonna be studying, and i'm probably not gonna do any math at all! i'll probably call you tomorrow too, just to let you know.
